Rev. Cathy Lyn Benz provides spiritual coaching, energy healing, and intuitive guidance services designed to support personal and spiritual growth. These services are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional advice. While I am a highly trained spiritual intuitive and energy healer, I am not a licensed medical doctor, psychologist, psychiatrist, therapist, counselor, or other licensed healthcare professional.

Any insights, energy work, or guidance received through my services, courses, workshops, or online content are offered as spiritual support and should not be interpreted as medical diagnoses, psychological counseling, or legal/financial advice. If you have a medical or psychological condition, it is advised that you seek appropriate medical or mental health care from a licensed provider.

Confidentiality & HIPAA Disclaimer

My services are not governed by HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) regulations. Information shared during sessions, including personal or spiritual experiences I do not provide medical or therapeutic records in compliance with HIPAA laws.

Recordings, AI-Generated Transcripts, and Evaluations

• Session Recordings: Some private and group sessions may be recorded for reference, training, or future client access. By participating in a session, you acknowledge and consent to the possibility of recording. If you prefer a session not to be recorded, please request this in advance.

• AI-Generated Transcripts: Some sessions may be transcribed using AI technology for reference, documentation, or evaluation purposes. While AI-generated transcripts aim for accuracy, they may contain errors or misinterpretations. These transcripts should not be considered official records or absolute representations of the session.

• Evaluations & AI Processing: In some cases, AI technology may be used to assist in summarizing insights, offering guidance, or streamlining the coaching process. AI evaluations are intended as support tools and are not a replacement for personalized spiritual guidance. Clients are encouraged to use their own discernment when reviewing AI-assisted insigh

• Use of Session Information, Recordings, and Transcripts

• By participating in any session, course, or service provided by Rev. Cathy Lyn Benz (Cathy Benz Coaching), you acknowledge and agree that:

• Any insights, discussions, energy work, or intuitive guidance shared during sessions may be used, referenced, or integrated by Cathy Benz as she deems necessary for continued client support, research, training, content development, or professional practice.

• Any recordings, transcripts, or written summaries of sessions may be used for internal reference, training, or refinement of services.

• Portions of sessions, insights, or teachings may be repurposed for educational materials, coaching tools, books, courses, or digital content, at the discretion of Cathy Benz.

• Clients waive any claims or rights to recordings, transcripts, or session materials created during their sessions, understanding that these materials are part of Cathy Benz Coaching’s intellectual property and professional records.

• Cathy Benz reserves the right to determine the appropriate storage, retention, and use of session information, ensuring that it aligns with her coaching practice, business operations, personal discretion and professional development.

• By engaging in any service, you confirm that you understand and agree to these terms.

Results & Personal Responsibility

Each person’s journey is unique, and results from energy healing, spiritual guidance, or intuitive coaching vary based on individual circumstances. I do not guarantee any specific outcomes, and clients accept full responsibility for their own choices, actions, and well-being.

Release of Liability

By participating in any session, event, course, or service offered by Rev. Cathy Lyn Benz, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• You voluntarily seek spiritual coaching, energy healing, and intuitive guidance and understand that these services are not a replacement for professional mental health care or medical treatment.

• You take full responsibility for your own physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being and will not hold Rev. Cathy Lyn Benz or any associated entities liable for any perceived or actual outcomes, including but not limited to emotional, psychological, or financial consequences.

• You acknowledge that healing is a self-guided process, and any techniques, exercises, or meditations provided are meant for self-reflection and energetic support.

• You release Rev. Cathy Lyn Benz, her business (Cathy Benz Coaching), employees, affiliates, and associates from any claims, demands, or legal actions related to your participation in any services provided.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

All sales of coaching sessions, readings, energy healings, courses, and workshops are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a specific program agreement. If you need to reschedule a private session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed appointments or late cancellations may not be eligible for rescheduling.

Consent to Services

By booking a session, enrolling in a course, or participating in any event hosted by Rev. Cathy Lyn Benz, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this disclosure statement and the terms outlined herein.
